At Eaglever, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Eaglever account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
